The hotel is located in a great area with beautiful views of the river. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the variety, eggs, and coffee. We also appreciated the easy access to the nearby shopping center and beaches.

Although the hotel had mostly everything we needed, some of the amenities could have been better. For example, the air-conditioner triggered allergies, and the carpet had an unpleasant smell.

The rooms are clean and well decorated with comfortable beds, and the staff are kind and always helpful.

The hotel lacks a bar which was advertised but not available.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the complementary champagne and holiday treats offered in the hotel lobby. The location was unbeatable with stunning riverfront views from our balcony and plenty of restaurants and shopping options in the neighboring area. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options offered each morning.

We loved the hotel's great location next to the beach on Mahatma Gandhi Rambla, in this city's good neighborhood. The clean room had a mesmerizing view and a comfortable bed and shower. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed strolling on the rambla on rented bikes.
